Our Story
nova means new
[noh-vuh] noun means "new", stemming from the Latin word novus.
Formerly IO Connect, Nova’s journey began with a vision to redefine how businesses access top-notch software engineering talent. Our company started with a lean, agile team in LATAM, driven by a commitment to cost-effectiveness and revolutionizing our client’s tech.
Client demand pushed Nova into AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI early. Our work in Retail/CPG, FinTech, and startups led to real contact center and customer experience projects built on Amazon Connect and Bedrock. Today the team holds 7 AWS Competencies and AWS certifications, and we continue to invest in training so our engineers stay current.
